1. Information we collect

The inquiry form collects company name, name, email address, optional phone number, topic, message, receipt time, and the version of the policy accepted. To prevent abuse, we use one-way hashes of the sender's IP address and email address for short-term rate limiting.

2. Purposes

We use this information to review and respond to inquiries, communicate when necessary, improve our services, prevent abusive submissions, and maintain associated records. We do not use inquiry data for advertising.

3. Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored in a Google Sheet controlled by BreakAI. We normally retain inquiry records for two years after the last response, then delete them unless longer retention is needed for legal, contractual, or dispute-related reasons.

4. Google Analytics 4

We load Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. GA4 may use cookies and process visited pages, referrers, approximate location, device, operating system, and browser information. Consent for ad storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization always remains denied, and Google signals are disabled. Our implementation does not pass company names, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or inquiry messages as analytics event parameters. Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years, subject to Google's specifications and our configuration.

You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. This stops future analytics-tag loading. Data already sent to Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Processors, sharing, and safeguards

We use Google Cloud and Google Analytics as processors for storage and analytics. We do not disclose personal information for unrelated purposes unless required by law. We restrict access to personnel who need it and use encrypted transport, input validation, and submission rate limits.

6. Access, correction, deletion, and restriction

To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of inquiry data, contact us through the contact form or support@breakai.ai with information sufficient to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

7. Controller and changes

The controller is BreakAI K.K. and the responsible representative is Daisuke Kuriyama, Representative Director. Material changes will be announced on this page with their effective date.
